Our planting process
Content
Organization
We work with planters from abroad and work in teams of 5-6 people.
A Swedish-speaking supervisor is generally responsible for two to three work teams and works with one or more customers. The company provides work clothes for all planters, as well as sturdy rental vehicles and trailers for each work team.
Team
Our work teams live together in good-quality accommodation as close as possible to the areas they will be working. Many teams have been working for the same customers for several years and are familiar with the routines and the geographical areas they operate in. We provide GPS devices to all work teams and tablets where necessary.

Supervisor
Many of our supervisors are recurring and have worked with the same customer(s) for several years with the same planting team.
The supervisor typically starts from home or from accommodation arranged by us. They have access to high-quality rental cars provided by us.
Training
All of our planters and supervisors participate SYN’s “Care School” training for planters and planting managers before each season. This training is conducted online and concludes with an exam. These courses are now also available in Romanian.
Since 2017, we have traveled to Romania in January or February to meet our planting groups. During the visit, all planters individually complete the final exam under the supervision of our staff. This ensures that each individual has grasped the course content and can pass the exam without help from outsiders.

We also train our supervisors internally before the season starts
This training is usually tailored to the specific client they will work for. Some clients also organize their own training sessions in which our supervisors participate. We aim to ensure that our supervisors have the opportunity to meet you as a customer before the season begins, allowing you to get to know each other and discuss everything calmly. With some clients, we also conduct start-up exercises on the first day of work, which the planting team also participates in.

Work environment
The aspects of the work environment are an important part of our operation. Each supervisor conducts regular safety rounds with their teams, where safety is evaluated through discussions and a checklist with approximately 30 items. Any deficiencies are addressed according to action plans.
