Organization
A clearing team usually consists of 4-5 people
A Swedish-speaking supervisor is usually responsible for two to three work teams and works for one or more customers. The company provides the latest model clearing saws, necessary equipment, and work clothes to ensure that the work can be carried out professionally. All work teams have sturdy rental cars to reach their work sites.
Team
Our work teams live together in good standard accommodation as close as possible to the areas where they will be working in.
Many work teams have worked for the same customers for several years and are familiar with the routines and the geographical areas they operate in. For those who feel they need it, we provide GPS devices.

Supervisor
We only employ Swedish-speaking supervisors. This is because we recognize that communication with customers and landowners is one of the most important aspects of a supervisor’s role.
We strive to ensure that our supervisors have the opportunity to meet you as a customer before the season begins, allowing you to get to know each other and discuss the work in detail. The supervisor usually starts from home or from accommodation arranged by us.
Education
Clearers and supervisors participate in SYN’s training program “Management school” for clearers before each season. This training is conducted online and concludes with an exam. All clearers and supervisors also hold a clearing saw driver’s license (RA+RB) and possess a green card in nature and cultural environmental protection.
When new staff are hired, we strive to ensure they receive this training as soon as possible if they haven’t already done so. Additionally, we have staff with specialized training to work on railways and power lines.

Work environment
The aspects of the working environment are an important part of our operations. Each supervisor conducts regular safety rounds with their teams, where safety is assessed through discussions and a checklist of around 30 items.
Any deficiencies are addressed according to action plans.
