Active clearcutters
We have about 90 clearcutters who are active from February-November. We have assignments with several forestry companies, as well as with the Swedish Transport Administration, where we clear and secure trees along railways. We also perform line clearing for electricity companies. In addition, we work with standard young forest clearing almost year-round; only the amount of snow limits our activities.
Most of the clearcutters are from Romania and have many years of experience working in Sweden. They are professional clearcutters who return to us each season. Additionally, they are trained in the use of clearing saws and hold a green card in nature and cultural environment conservation.
Communication with customers & landowners
To ensure effective communications with customers and landowners, we employ Swedish-speaking supervisors. Most supervisors are retained year-round because we are eager to maintain a trained and highly competent workforce in clearing.
